Homemade lasagna! YUM!

So here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 box of lasagna noodles
1lb ground beef browned
spaghetti sauce of your choice (homemade is good too)
15-16oz of ricotta cheese
1TB of Italian seasoning
1TB minced garlic (if using fresh, about 2-3 cloves)
shredded Italian cheese blend
Parmesan cheese
Pam no-stick spray
Prep:
- Cook lasagna noodles according to box, drain water and run cold water over them to stop cooking; coat with olive oil to keep them sticking together
- Cook meat until browned, add sauce to just cover meat and simmer on lowest heat setting for about 20-25 min
- Mix Italian seasoning and garlic into ricotta cheese
Assemble:
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Spray Pam into the bottom/sides of a 9x9x2 glass dish
- Put in enough plain sauce to just cover the bottom of the dish
- Layers
  – lasagna noodles to cover the sauce
  – spread a thin layer of Ricotta mixture
  – spread some shredded cheese over this
  – meat sauce to cover shredded cheese
- Repeat layers until you fill the dish/run out of noodles/meat/sauce
- You should end with just noodles, cover this with shredded cheese and some Parmesan cheese
Cook:
- Cover with foil (shiny side down)
- Cook for about 30 minutes
- Remove foil, increase oven to 425°F
- Cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until top is brown and bubbly!
